IntelliQuote is a top player in a highly competitive market for online life insurance quotes. To improve their edge, IntelliQuote needed a fresh look and approach to pair with its excellent customer service. First order of business was a full identity update, followed by a lead nurturing program that included a custom drip email campaign and direct mail. We engineered the campaign to initiate with a free report download from IntelliQuote’s home page.
Site visitors would then receive four follow up emails over the course of several weeks--each providing additional free reports and information to assist with the overwhelming process of choosing life insurance. The direct mail campaign served as lead "recapture," reaching out to prospects who had not completed the online form fully.
Developing and executing tactics to capture leads at different stages of the cycle helped IntelliQuote improve their sales numbers and assist more prospects through the funnel than ever before.
