Are you the right person for this role?

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a strategic account management role. It requires an amazing, detail-oriented individual with experience leading multiple clients at once. You will be in charge of the client relationship and strategic direction for marketing campaigns that attract site traffic, convert that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurture those leads to close into customers. Superior communication skills and a highly optimistic attitude are musts. Additionally you will be required to perform content and keyword research and write high level messaging for assets such as Calls to Action, Emails, and Landing Pages to support campaign copy created by dedicated copywriters.

Required Skills

  • Past experience in digital marketing.
  • Past experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate-level copywriting skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and a desire to use data to inform decision making.
  • A good understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Basic experience using content management systems like WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own client communication with daily, weekly, and monthly phone calls, in-person and remote meetings.
  • Create, direct, and help to execute marketing campaign plans.
  • Collaborate with the Inbound Marketing Director to understand and inform marketing strategy in service to the campaign objectives.
  • Oversee the growth of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with clients’ sales teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with content marketing, SEO, lead generation, etc.

  • Aid the production team in quality assurance review and testing
  • General office maintenance and support
  • Execution of assigned internal quarterly projects

PPC Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to create, manage and evolve Google Ads campaigns for a number of B2B and B2C clients. The focus of our client retainer will require you to be familiar with the full suite of ads campaigns Google Ads offers. Your goal will be to ensure our campaigns are generating the highest possible return on investment for our clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must have at least 2 years of recent experience managing AdWords campaigns (preferably in an agency environment)
  • Proficiency in keyword analysis, conversion analysis, and landing page analysis
  • Experience building and running both lead gen and shopping campaigns
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Sound communication and facilitation skills to manage projects and positively influence collaborators
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency
  • AdWords Certified
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience utilizing Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize
  • Familiarity with multiple marketing platforms such as Facebook, and Bing

  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, and estimating monthly costs
  • Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions to gain better ROI

  • Produce reports that assess performance, pinpoint issues and identify new opportunities

We are looking for a motivated digital marketing professional to join our Search Department. On a daily basis, you will be communicating with clients and responsible for carrying out various SEO and SEM initiatives. What You'll Do

This role requires an experienced marketing "jack-of-all-trades" who owns the methods and tactics for implementing our clients’ inbound marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include content entry and optimizations for blogs, landing pages, and mass emails, as well as development and deployment of automated marketing workflows & lead scoring. You will also be in charge of web page & email template customizations and will be required to assist in production-level design.

Required Skills

  • Webmaster experience including website/blog content updates, and email creation & deployment
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (primarily Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Experience with template design and implementation for software such as Wordpress, HubSpot, and varied ecommerce solutions
  • Experience scheduling and publishing content on all major social media platforms
  • Experience managing marketing technology across multiple client accounts
  • Experience integrating marketing applications with enterprise applications
